Behind the Cakes
Nicola fell in love with baking as a child when her Grandma first taught her how to make a simple blackberry pie: not too sweet, and with tart and bright flavours shining through. Working in the Culinary industry reinforced that love, and she decided to pursue baking professionally.
In 2010, Nicola started work at Origin Bakery where she first experienced the consultation process for Special Occasion and Wedding cakes. Since then, she has been passionate about creating truly memorable treats and pushing the boundaries of sugar to find the perfect fit for each person's needs.
